Mallorca Hot Property Starts Mini Price War

We're going to turn the market upside down (well at least a small segment of it) by starting a bidding war, something almost unheard of in the property market here in Mallorca!

And when people want to sell, at the end of the day, price is everything!
So here's the scoop, the 'Inside Information':
There's is small develoment of luxury apartments just 6 minutes walk from the beach of Santa Ponsa and very conveniently located for the shops, the country the golf clubs and the motorway for access to Palma, the airport or wherever else you may want to go on the island. This particular development was sold almost exclusively off-plan about FOUR years ago, and so the owners bought their properties at favourable (at the time) prices.
Well, it just so happens that there are not one, not two, not three, but FOUR comparable apartments for sale on this very same complex!!! And the law of economics is simple - when supply is greater than demand, prices go down! So far, this has not been the case in terms of the asking prices of these properies but add to that our inside information and you will see how this "mini price war" will be started. So, here's the deal: You commit to and view these apartments within the next FOUR weeks and deposit a FOUR thousand euro reservation fee with us, to be held on account. If you like the complex and agree that you will buy the lowest priced unit, you put an equal 'under value' bid on each of the properties and we will negotiate the lowest price possible among all FOUR properties.
If you DON'T like the properties, or we can't negotiate a deal for you, you get your FOUR thousand euros back.
